• Ship to US and Canada Only. ADU and International orders please email me for arrangements.
• Orders received by 4PM EST will be shipped within 3 business days, for in stock items, when paid with Paypal.
• For cheques or money orders, items will be shipped once the money has been deposited.
• There is a $10 CDN minimum order. Shipping costs are determined by weight, size and shipping method selection.
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Return Policy

• Certain products may be returned within 20 days of the original shipping date.
• If a product is damaged, you must notify us within 3 days after you receive the shipment to arrange for an exchange.
• All returns must be pre-approved before being shipped back to us.
• In most circumstances, the customer will be responsible for the cost to ship items back.
• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  
  Examples of items that cannot be returned for various reasons are: fabric, books, patterns, paint, markers, needles.
